     AN ACT relating to prescription drug programs offered by local governments or special districts.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to permit a local government or special district to establish a prescription drug program, and to require the Cabinet for Health Services to offer assistance if the program seeks to obtain prescription drugs through reimportation from another program; create a new section of KRS Chapter 211 to require the cabinet to offer assistance and technical support for such prescription drug program
