AN ACT relating to occupational license fees.
Amend KRS 67.795 to clarify that any tax district that makes a change to its tax structure to conform with the provisions of KRS 67.750 to 67.790 shall not be considered to have levied a new fee or tax; amend KRS 67.793 to establish how any one time rate increase under KRS 67.793 will impact any offset of city fees against county fees.
