Amend KRS 2.015 to specify the age of majority for tobacco products is raised from 18 to 21; amend KRS 438.305 to define proof of age as 21; amend KRS 438.310 to prohibit sale of tobacco products to persons under age 21; amend KRS 438.311 to prohibit purchase of tobacco products by a person under age 21 and specify the offense as a status offense; amend KRS 438.313 to prohibit distribution of tobacco products to a person under age 21 and specify the offense as a status offense; amend KRS 438.315 to prohibit sale of tobacco products through vending machines to a person under age 21 and specify the offense as a status offense; KRS 438.325 to prohibit purchase of tobacco products by persons under age 21; amend KRS 438.330 to specify enforcement procedures; amend KRS 438.350 to prohibit possession of tobacco products by a person under age 21.
