     AN ACT relating to electronic transactions.
     Amend KRS 369.102 to define "authorization" and "electronic identification"; create a new section of KRS 369 to allow electronic signature authentication and identification for transactions relating to identifiable health information and specify components of system for authentication and identification of electronic signature.

     HCS/FN - Retain original provisions except permit, rather than mandate, the specific type of security procedures for electronic signature authentication.

     HFA (1, A. Wuchner) - Retain original provisions and specify that DNA shall not be used as a biometric identifier.
