SB 106/LM/CI (BR 1150) - A. Kerr, R. Roeding, J. Denton

     AN ACT relating to crimes and punishments.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 510 to prohibit using an electronic communications system to procure a minor or a peace officer posing as a minor to commit certain specified sexual offenses; prohibit prosecution for the newly created offense and designated inchoate offenses where there was a single course of conduct directed toward a single victim.
