     AN ACT relating to the Public Health Services Advisory Council.
     Amend KRS 194A.050 to delete the requirement that secretary of the Cabinet for Health services utilize the Public Health Services Advisory Council to review and make recommendations on contemplated administrative regulations.

Borders) - Amend KRS 194A.050 to clarify that the secretary for health services may utilize the Public Health Services Advisory Council to review administrative regulations relating to initiatives of the Department for Public Health; amend KRS 194A.090 to permit, rather than require, the council to advise the secretary about the delivery of health services.
