AN ACT relating to donations to sheriffs.
     Amend KRS 61.310 to allow sheriffs to accept donations of money and goods to further the public purposes of the office if the sheriff establishes a registry for recording donations; set out conditions for acceptance; create a new section of KRS Chapter 521 to state that the offering, application for, or acceptance of donations does not in itself constitute a violation of the provisions of applicable sections of KRS Chapter 521.
