SB 137 (BR 1297) - E. Harris

     AN ACT relating to employment contracts in the broadcast industry.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 372 to prohibit contractual noncompetition clauses and contractual provisions requiring the reporting of new employment offers after separation from employment in broadcasting employees' contracts; provide that attempts to enforce such provisions are subject to a civil action for damages, attorney's fees, and court costs.
