     AN ACT relating to medical expenses submitted to a reparation obligor.
     Amend KRS 3043.39-020, pertaining to the Motor Vehicle Reparations Act to eliminate the presumption of reasonableness of a medical bill under the definition of "medical expense"; amend KRS 304.39-210 to require a provider of services for medical expenses to submit initial and continuing claims for services to a reparations obligor within 60 days from the date the health services were rendered.
