AN ACT relating to recreational vehicles.
Amend various sections of KRS Chapter 227 to delete the Recreational Vehicle Certification and Licensure Board and all of its duties, all references to it, and all obligations owed by persons to it; delete references to recreational vehicles under the provisions of the chapter; require that all recreational vehicles and park trailers sold, leased, or offered for sale by a retailer to a consumer in the state are constructed in accordance with the most recent ANSI standards.
