     AN ACT relating to unemployment insurance.
     Amend KRS 341.190 to authorize the unemployment insurance program to contract with consumer reporting agencies to provide secure electronic access to wage and employment data of employees; require written consent from employee; require the consumer reporting agency to comply with federal and state credit reporting laws; require the secretary for workforce development to establish audit and security standards, and establish fees; require consumer reporting agency to pay all development and start-up costs; direct that proceeds be deposited in the general fund.
