AN ACT relating to social work.
Amend KRS 335.080 to permit licensure as a "certified social worker" to an applicant who has not failed to pass a board examination within the previous three, rather than six, months; amend KRS 335.090 to permit licensure as a "licensed social worker" to an applicant who has not failed to pass a board examination within the previous three, rather than six, months; amend KRS 335.100 to permit licensure as a "licensed clinical social worker" to an applicant who has not failed to pass a board examination within the previous three, rather than six, months.
