     Amend KRS 12.020 and 174.020 to define the major organizational units in the Transportation Cabinet; amend KRS 174.016, 174.025, 174.040, 177.020, 177.330, 177.340, 177.350, 177.360, and 179.400 to conform; confirm Executive Orders 2004-724, 2004-960, 2004-1052, 2004-1202, and 2004-1360.
