     AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Establish the Office of Minority Empowerment in the Office of the Governor; require the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights to report to the Office of Minority Empowerment for administrative purposes.

SB 42 - AMENDMENTS


     SCS - Retain original provisions of the bill, except delete portions related to Executive Order 2004-561 requiring the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights to report to the Office of Minority Empowerment for administrative purposes.

     HFA (1, T. Thompson) - Amend KRS 304.17B-021 to delete the second assessment to fund the guaranteed acceptance program losses and Kentucky Access.
