     AN ACT relating to reorganization.
     Confirm Executive Order 2004-832, dated August 3, 2004, as amended by Executive Order 2004-903, dated August 17, 2004, to reorganize the Personnel Cabinet; establish and set duties of offices, departments, and divisions of the Cabinet.

SB 43 - AMENDMENTS


     SCS - Retain original provisions of the bill except delete the provisions in Section 1 listing the divisions within the Department for Personnel Administration and the Office for Employee Relations; delete in Section 2 the branches of the Kentucky Employees Deferred Compensation Authority and the duties of the Office of Legal Services; provide that the Office of Legal Services shall be responsible for providing legal services to the Personnel Cabinet and to executive branch agencies and their representatives upon requests; delete the branch level breakdown of the Office of Government Training.
