AN ACT relating to the selection of school personnel.
Amend KRS 160.345 to specify the shared responsibilities and procedures to be used between the superintendent and the school-based decision making council in selecting a school principal; make other changes to conform.

SB 70 - AMENDMENTS

HFA (1, K. Upchurch) - Amend KRS 160.380 to allow a principal's spouse who was employed in the principal's school during the 1989-90 school year or a principal's relative who has completed 10 years consecutive employment in the school to be employed.
