AN ACT relating to children.
Amend KRS 159.030 relating to exemptions from the requirement of public school attendance, to include a boarding school in the definition of a church school; define boarding school; and amend KRS 199.011 to establish that a church school is not a child-caring facility as defined for use in KRS Chapter 199.
