SB 97 (BR 1220) - J. Denton

     AN ACT relating to group life insurance.
     Amend KRS 304.16-030 to decrease from ten to two the number of employees who must be covered under a group life insurance policy issued to an employer to insure employees of the employer for the benefit of persons other than the employer.

SB 97 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Retain original provisions; add provisions of HB 278/GA, except change Section 12 to clarify that mandated benefits that cannot be waived includes health benefits that are mandated under KRS Chapter 304 pertaining to the payment, indemnity, or reimbursement of chiropractors licensed under KRS Chapter 312 and other specified health care providers as provided in subsection (4) of Section 11 of this Act.
