     AN ACT relating to official designations.
     Amend KRS 2.091 to designate coal, rather than Kentucky agate, as the official state rock; amend KRS 2.094 to designate Kentucky agate, rather than coal, as the official state mineral.

Dan Talbott Amphitheatre in Bardstown, the theatre home of "Stephen Foster--the Musical," as the official outdoor musical theatre of Kentucky; attach provisions of HB 70 and HB 70 HFA(1).
