     AN ACT relating to motor vehicle operator's license fees.
     Amend KRS 186.531 to require fees for issuance of driver's licenses and instruction permits to be reduced by twelve dollars; amend KRS 281A.150 to establish fees for issuance of commercial driver's licenses, instruction permits and endorsements; require three dollars and fifty cents for issuance of licenses to be deposited in the general fund; establish that the commercial driver's license expire in the birth month of the license holder; and require the cabinet to promulgate a fee schedule for commercial driver's licenses and endorsements issuance for less than four years.
