     AN ACT relating to consumer protection.
     Create a new section of KRS 367.110 to 367.300 to define terms; provide that intentionally imposing a fraudulent finance charge after payment in full by a bank or a credit card issuer is a violation of KRS 367.170, subject to the Consumer Protection Act, KRS 367.110 to 367.300 and to the penalties contained in KRS 367.990.
