     AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 243 to prohibit the sale, use, purchase, possession, delivery, and donation of alcohol vaporizing devices; exempt hospitals, colleges, and universities, and pharmaceutical or biotechnology companies conducting research from such a ban; establish penalties for violators.

HB 130 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Retain original provisions; add language to require persons and entities with alcohol vaporizing devices to retain them in a secure location and to transfer them only to approved entities and persons; clarify that devices used by licensees under KRS Chapter 243 to demonstrate the aroma of an alcoholic beverages are exempt under this Act.
