AN ACT relating to gubernatorial power to reschedule elections during a state of emergency, and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 39A.100 to increase the number of days from 20 to 35 in which a delayed election is required to be rescheduled; amend KRS 117.345 to require the State Board of Elections to pay a certain amount to each county for a delayed election; EMERGENCY.
