     AN ACT relating to Kentucky State Parks.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 148 to create a one third discount for lodging at Kentucky State Parks for Kentucky residents who are members of the military or are veterans.

HB 141 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Retain the original provisions except change the state parks discount from one third (1/3) to twenty percent (20%).

     HFA (1, T. Thompson) - Extend the discount to cover camp sites in addition to cottages and lodges.

     HFA (2, T. Riner) - Retain the original provisions of the bill; require that a certified employee of a Kentucky public school and a retired member of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System receive a discount.

     HFA (3, T. Riner) - Retain the original provisions of the bill; require that a certified employee of the Kentucky public schools and a retired member of the Kentucky Teachers' Retirement System receives a discount.
