     AN ACT relating to waste tires.
     Amend KRS 224.50-868 to extend the waste tire fee until July 31, 2010; amend KRS 224.50-872 to require the Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet to report to the General Assembly by January 15, 2010, on the effectiveness of the waste tire program and to make changes to conform.
