HB 154/AA (BR 114) - D. Graham, J. Barrows, T. Couch, C. Hoffman, C. Miller

     AN ACT relating to transfers of records and balances of state employees.
     Amend KRS 18A.115 and 151B.035 to allow any employee who transferred from a position governed by KRS Chapter 18A or KRS Chapter 151B into a position governed by KRS Chapter 164 on July 1, 1998, and later transferred or was reemployed in a position governed by KRS Chapter 18A or KRS Chapter 151B to transfer all records, including sick leave and months of service credit balances used to calculate annual and sick leave accrual rates, transferred back to his or her agency account; amend KRS 18A.115 to conform.

     HCS/AA - Retain the original provisions of the bill except amend KRS 19A.197 to allow retirement systems employees to participate in employee leave sharing programs of the state; amend KRS 18A.202 to allow Kentucky Retirement Systems employees to participate in work-related incentive programs such as the employee suggestion program for state government.
