     AN ACT proposing to amend the Constitution of Kentucky to permit the display of The Ten Commandments in public buildings.
     Propose an amendment to Section 5 of the Constitution of Kentucky, relating to the right of religious freedom, to permit the posting of The Ten Commandments on public property and in public buildings; specify that the posting does not constitute the establishment or endorsement of any religion and does not prohibit the free exercise thereof; provide for submission of the proposal to the voters.
