     AN ACT relating to the processing of health care information at the time of issuance of operators' licenses.
     Amend KRS 186.412 to require each operator's license to provide space for a licensed driver to indicate whether he has a living will, and if he does not have a living will, whether he has designated a health care surrogate who shall act if the licensed driver loses decisional capacity; and require the circuit clerk to bring to the attention of each licensed driver the space relating to living wills and surrogates at the time of issuance of an operator's license or personal identification card.
