Create a new section of KRS Chapter 17 to require the Department of State Police to add sex offender probation, conditional discharge, supervised release, and parole restrictions on the Law Information Network of Kentucky; create a new section of KRS Chapter 23A to require the sentencing court to provide sex offender probation, conditional discharge, and supervised release information to Department of State Police; create a new section of KRS Chapter 439 to require the Parole Board to provide sex offender parole restrictions to Department of State Police.
