     AN ACT relating to alcoholic beverages.
     Amend KRS 243.630 to permit a person seeking to acquire an interest in an existing alcoholic beverage license to enter into a management contract with the existing licensee for a period not to exceed sixty days while the application for the transfer is pending; require as conditions of the agreement that the existing licensee assume managerial responsibilities and liability for violations occurring during the agreement's run; require that both parties submit a notarized, signed copy of the agreement to the office; authorize the office to promulgate administrative regulations to administer these provisions.
