     AN ACT to waiver of tuition fees for spouses and dependents of veterans.
     Amend KRS 164.507 to require a state-supported university, junior college, or vocational institute which collected tuition fees from an eligible dependent of a deceased veteran to reimburse the dependent the total amount of tuition fees paid if a request for reimbursement is made within eight years of the date the last fee was paid; amend KRS 164.515 to require a state-supported institution of higher education or a vocational training school which collected tuition fees from an eligible dependent of a disabled veteran to reimburse the dependent the total amount of tuition fees paid if a request for reimbursement is made within eight years of the date the last fee was paid.
