     AN ACT relating to carrying concealed deadly weapons.
     Amend KRS 237.110 to create an exception to the concealed carry license training requirement for a current member of the military or a veteran when either has qualified as an expert or a sharpshooter with a pistol during the 5 years prior to applying for a license; require that the veteran have been discharged under conditions other than dishonorable.
