     AN ACT relating to emergency procedures in public schools.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to define building lockdown; require lockdown procedures to be established for school buildings; require students, staff, and parents to be made aware of lockdown procedures; require lockdown guidelines to be posted in schools; require a lockdown emergency practice to be held twice during each school year.
