     Amend KRS 12.020 to abolish the Prevailing Wage Review Board; amend KRS 99.480 to remove prevailing wage requirements from urban renewal and community development agency contracts for work; amend KRS 227.487 to restate the basis for determining the maximum electrical inspection fee; amend KRS 337.010 to eliminate definitions and requirements relating to prevailing wages; amend KRS 337.990 to abolish penalties for prevailing wage violations at the state level; amend KRS 337.420, 337.423, 337.425, 337.427, 337.430, 337.433, 336.015, and 224.10-020 to conform; and repeal KRS 337.505, 337.510, 337.512, 337.520, 337.522, 337.524, 337.525, 337.530, 337.540. 337.548, and 337.550.
