Amend KRS 15.010, relating to organizational units within the Department of Law, to create a Kentucky Bureau of Investigation Department, Office of Civil and Environmental Law, Office of Consumer Protection, and Office of Criminal Appeals; eliminate Division of Special Investigations, Division of Financial Integrity, Division of Civil and Environmental Law, Division of Consumer Protection, and Criminal Appellate Division; amend various other sections to conform; give directions to reviser of statutes; confirm Attorney General Executive Order AG 05-01 dated May 20, 2005.
