AN ACT relating to fertilizers and pesticides.
Amend KRS 217B.050 to authorize the department to prescribe methods to be used to test pesticides, and to promulgate administrative regulations establishing fees to carry out the provisions of the chapter.
HB 268 - AMENDMENTS
HCS - Allow the department to promulgate administrative regulations establishing fees for carrying out the provisions of the chapter, but not establish fees that would exceed statutory fees.
HCA (1, T. McKee) - Delete the testing of pesticides from methods to be prescribed by administrative regulation.
