     AN ACT relating to the Kentucky Grape and Wine Council.
     Amend KRS 260.165 to specify that the department promote the development of a Kentucky-based grape industry; provide the makeup of the Kentucky Grape and Wine Council; stagger the terms of the members of the council; provide the meeting times of the council; enable the council to enact bylaws; amend KRS 260.166 to conform.

     SCS - Same as original bill, except have the winery operator members and grape producer members be nominated by the Kentucky Vineyard Society and the Kentucky Grape and Wine Council instead of by the Commissioner of Agriculture.
