     AN ACT relating to peace officer annual training.
     Amend KRS 15.404 to allow peace officers to opt for annual in-service-training without pay.

HB 30 - AMENDMENTS


     HCS - Amend KRS 15.404 to provide that peace officers who are privately employed shall be granted a leave of absence for in-service training, the absence may be with or without pay or other compensation at the peace officer's decision.
