     AN ACT relating to local government buildings.
     Create a new section of KRS Chapter 65 to allow any document which is displayed on any walls or carved in any buildings occupied by any entity of the United States federal government to be displayed on or in any building owned by any local government entity thereof; allow local entities to ask the Attorney General to defend them in the court in which any suit is filed for displaying a document, and in any subsequent appeals; require the Attorney General to take over the defense of the action and represent the interests of the Commonwealth and the local unit of government which was sued for displaying the document or posting.
