AN ACT relating to recreational vehicles.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 227 to require that all recreational vehicles and park trailers sold, leased, or offered for sale by a retailer to a consumer in the state are constructed in accordance with the most recent American National Standard Institute standards; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 227 to delete all references to the Recreational Vehicle Certification and Licensure Board, and references to recreational vehicles under the provisions of the chapter; repeal KRS 227.565.
