AN ACT relating to weights and measures.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 363 to allow the Commissioner of Agriculture to promulgate administrative regulations and establish fees for carrying out the provisions of the chapter; amend KRS 363.510 to specify that internal moisture testing instruments for tobacco are included in the definition of "Weights and measures"; amend KRS 363.906 to remove the retail facility fee and allow the department to establish fees by administrative regulation.
