     AN ACT relating to revenue and taxation, and making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
     Create new sections of KRS Chapter 41 to create the dental care fund; appropriate funds to the Department for Public Health, Cabinet for Health and Family Services, from taxes levied on snuff and other tobacco products under KRS 138.140 (4) and (5); require 50% of moneys in the fund to be used to provide dental and oral health services to children under age 21 years whose family income is below 250% of poverty; require 50% of moneys in the fund to be used to provide dentures to persons age 21 years and over who have lost all their teeth due to extraction paid for by the Medicaid program; require annual reports on use of moneys; EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2006.
