     AN ACT relating to the definition of farmland for purposes of hunting.
     Amend KRS 150.170 to define farmland for purposes of hunting and trapping as 10 acres or more and provide that owners and family can hunt during open season without a hunting license; provide that tenants and their family residing on the farm may also hunt during open season without a hunting license.
