AN ACT relating to wage discrimination.
Amend KRS 337.423 to prohibit sex-based wage discrimination on jobs of comparable worth; define "comparable worth" as the value of work based on skill, effort and responsibility, delete exemption of employers covered by the federal Fair Labor Standards Act; EFFECTIVE July 1, 2007.
