AN ACT relating to subdivision road districts.
Amend KRS 179.705 to limit the amounts of revenue on lots in a subdivision road district; amend KRS 179.720 to raise the tax in a subdivision road district from $0.10 per $100 assessed valuation to $0.50 per $100 assessed valuation and allow the trustees of a subdivision road district to levy either that tax or an annual flat fee of $500 on each lot in the subdivision road district.
