AN ACT relating to growth districts.
Amend KRS 157.621 to provide that a district that has levied the growth nickel under this section for new facilities shall receive state matching funds for debt service if the district has experienced student growth over the preceding three years that averages 375 or more students in average daily attendance; require that a district must have levied a minimum 15 cents equivalent tax rate to debt service, new facilities, or major renovation of existing school facilities to qualify for the matching funds.
