AN ACT relating to motor vehicle operator's licenses.
Amend KRS 186.412, regarding motor vehicle operator's licenses, to allow men who wish to change their name upon marriage to file an affidavit with the circuit clerk using the same process that is currently used by women to declare their last name upon marriage.
