AN ACT relating to the Office of Housing, Buildings and Construction.
Amend KRS 198B.030 to permit the Office of Housing, Buildings and Construction to enter into agreements as well as contracts with the subdivisions and instrumentalities of the federal government and with instrumentalities of the state government; amend KRS 318.054 to require an applicant for renewal of a master or journeyman plumber's license to present evidence of the completion of continuing education requirements; require evidence of completion of continuing education requirement for reviving an expired license; amendments to KRS 318.054 EFFECTIVE July 1, 2007.
