AN ACT relating to live organ donation.
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 141 to establish a tax credit for individuals who incur unreimbursed expenses associated with live organ donation; amend KRS 141.0205 to conform; create a new section of KRS Chapter 18A to provide that state employees who donate a live organ shall be entitled to 30 days paid leave; provide that the provisions of Sections 1 and 3 of this Act shall be known as "Beth's Bill."
