     AN ACT relating to cosmetology and nail technology.
     Amend KRS 317A.050, relating to the Kentucky Board of Hairdressers and Cosmetologists, to delete the specific amounts listed for various licensing fees; add licensing fee references to KRS 317A.062, the statute that sets the maximum fees, and to 201 KAR 12:260, the administrative regulation that sets out the specific licensing fees charged; amend KRS 317A.090 to replace the specific fee listed for initial cosmetology school licensure with a reference to the relevant controlling statute and administrative regulation.
